Dr. Kapembwa joined the Copperbelt University as a lecturer in June 2011. Before joining the Copperbelt University, he worked as a Senior Aquaculture Research Officer at the National Aquaculture Research and Development Centre (NARDC) situated in Kitwe, Zambia. Dr. Kapembwa is involved in the core university activities which include teaching, research and consultancy. Currently, he is also the Aquaculture Manager for the aquaculture projects of the Copperbelt University.
