BRIEF INFORMATION

Charles is an enthusiast of tree ring research. His work pirouettes around the interaction between anthropogenic activities such as mining operations and forest productivity. He uses both traditional and technologically advanced methods of ring analysis to delineate elemental composition in tree rings and study their subsequent effect on tree growth and wood characteristics.
