Dr. Vincent R. Nyirenda joined The Copperbelt University as a Senior Lecturer in 2014 from wildlife industry. As a nature conservationist, his long-term expertise are in multiple areas, inter alia: Human- wildlife interactions; Conservation planning; Functional and landscape ecology; Integrated Land Use/Protected Areas Planning; Law enforcement monitoring; Tourism; Rural livelihoods and Social vulnerability; Biodiversity research; Environmental systems analysis and management; Natural resource management; Wildlife product development; Natural resources economics; Environmental impact assessments; Policy formulation, analysis and reviews; and Project planning, monitoring, evaluation and management.
