RESEARCH INTERESTS
Prof. Jameson Mbale is an Associate Professor in the School of Information and Communications Technology (SICT). He is one of the founders and Deputy Centre Leader for the Copperbelt University – Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Mining (CBU-ACESM). In addition, he is the founder of the following: Directorate of Research, Innovation and Consultancy (DRIC); Zambia Research and Education Network (ZAMREN); Military Academy at University of Namibia; and Centre of Excellence in Telecommunications and Information Technology at University of Namibia. Furthermore, he served as a Board Member of the following organisations: Ubuntunet Alliance, an International Association whose headquarters is at University of Malawi, Lilongwe, Malawi; and Zambia Telecommunication (ZAMTEL) Company Limited to name a few.
