Mr Clifford Mwamba Musonda is a Quality Assurance Manager in the Centre for Academic development at the Copperbelt University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production and operations Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with speciality in quality Management from the Copperbelt University. In addition he is a certified process improvement practitioner with a white belt certificate in Lean Six Sigma. Before joining CBU, Clifford worked in various organisations for more than 15 years holding seniors positions in Production and Quality related functions and as a Lecturer of quality Management in the tertiary education for more than four years. He has experience in the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management systems; quality control and Assurance in high Learning institution.

 His main responsibilities in CAD among other things include implementation of Quality management system  that ensure conformance of university to national and international standards ; legislation pertaining to quality assurance and related policies ; Capacity building through awareness and training workshops to help university staff understand their roles in quality control and assurance ; CAD associated research by engaging and contributing to CAD research group to advance quality assurance and excellence in teaching, learning and assessment and course design  . In addition to his responsibilities as quality assurance Manager, Clifford has had other responsibilities in the University such as Acting Director CAD (in the absence of the sitting director))
