Mr. Felix Musonda is a Lecturer in the School of Natural Resources, Department of Zoology and Aquatic Sciences. He holds the BSc. Ed. (Biology) (UNZA) and the MSc (Ecology and Biosystematics) (UNZA). He has taught in tertiary institutions for 20 years. He promotes integrated, flexible, innovative, holistic and modern approaches to teaching and learning. His research interests and experiences are in teaching and learning, Conservation Biology and Behavioural Ecology. His responsibilities in the CAD include but not limited to coordination, taking a lead in the training of trainers in pedagogical skills and teaching methodologies, playing a critical role in the orientation of new lecturers on various aspects of teaching and learning, and institutionalizing continuous pedagogical support and training
