Saul is a full-time lecturer in the school of Mathematics and Natural Science, department of Physics. His main research areas include: Star formation , Planet formation, ISM, Stellar evolution. He is the current coordinator of Southern African Regional Office of Astronomy for Development (SAROAD). He is passionate about Astronomy outreach and seeing how it can be used to foster development.
