QUALIFICATIONS
She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education from the University of Zambia and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Copperbelt University.
RESEARCH INTERESTS & EXPERIENCES
Her research interests are with regards improvement of quality of teaching and learning, enhancement of student engagement to enhance effective teaching and learner experience in higher education institutions. She has experience in monitoring and evaluation of academic programs, conducting internal audits and identification of areas of improvement for continuous improvement.
She orients staff in the University to national, regional and international quality standards, benchmarks and accreditation standards.
