ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FIRST (1ST) SESSION OF THE 32ND GRADUATION CEREMONY

 

RIVERSIDE CAMPUS

 

The Copperbelt University Senate invites the Class of 2022 as well as semester modes of study and Postgraduate class to the 1st Session of the 32nd Graduation Ceremony to be held on Friday, 26th April 2024, at 07:30 hours in the Multipurpose Facility.

 

All graduates should ensure they have cleared with the University, verified their details, and paid a Certification fee of K250.00 by Friday, 19th April 2024.

 

MODE OF PAYMENT

  1. Certification Fee:

Graduates should deposit the certification fee of K250.00 using the Student Bill Muster (at any ZANACO Branch for Undergraduates and Ecobank for Postgraduate).

 

  1. Gowns:

Gowns for purchase shall be available from 22nd to 25th April 2024 at the Academic Affairs Office. The prices are as follows: Undergraduate – K1637.58, Postgraduate (Masters) - K1626.90. Payments for undergraduate and Masters gowns should be made to Injelwa Enterprises Ltd, Stanbic Bank, Account No. 9130002905349, Mulungushi Branch, 040015, SBICZMLX. Gowns will be issued upon producing a stamped Bank deposit slip.

 

PhD gowns will be sold at K5000.00. Payments should be made in the CBU ZANACO Account number 0110950500186.

 

Lists of eligible Graduands will be posted on the CBU website for Graduands to verify their details. Verifications/ Corrections should be directed to the email address- This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  All graduates should ensure that their details are verified/ corrected by Friday, 29th March 2024.

 

Graduating students shall be allowed to invite TWO (2) guests. The invitation cards should be collected from the Academic Affairs Office from Monday, 22nd April 2024.
