The School of Engineering (SE) at Riverside Main Campus and the Michael Chilufya Sata - School of Medicine (MCS-SOM) do not admit degree candidates to the first year of study. Therefore, candidates/applicants (who are school leavers) wishing to pursue an Engineering or Health related Bachelor’s Degree Programme respectively must:
- Apply for admission to the first year Bachelor of Science Non Quota (BSc NQ.) Programme in the School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
- Upon successful completion of their first year under BSc. NQ, they may then apply to the School of Engineering or School of Medicine for admission to pursue an engineering or a health related degree programme from second (2nd) year respectively.
The above condition does not apply to Special Case Applicants (Candidates holding Diplomas and/or Degrees in related fields from recognised institutions or candidates already pursuing degrees from other universities).
- Only completed, submitted, and paid for (through Bill Muster) applications will be processed.
- Response to properly completed applications will be communicated to the email presented at creation of this account.
