RESEACH INTERESTS

He has four years teaching experience and his research areas of interest are Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Public Administration and Development Administration. He is currently Lecturer at the Copperbelt University (CBU) in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Governance. Prior to joining the CBU academic staff, he worked for the Zambia National Service (ZNS) for over twenty (20) years where he held various positions at senior management level, the last of which was Chief of Administration.
