MSc (Food Science and Nutrition), Solusi University B (Education), University of Zambia

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Margaret Mulenga Pansho is a lecturer at Copperbelt University in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences under the Department of Social Studies.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Zambia and a Masters in Food Science and Nutrition from Solusi University, Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. Her expertise covers Food and Nutrition, Community Nutrition, Therapeutic Nutrition as well as Food Production. She has competencies in interior design and has supervised students’ projects and research studies. She has vast experience in lecturing at a university level in nutritional science courses with excellent knowledge of various laboratory projects. She has a good understanding of food preparation and food science laboratory principles. She plans, develops, and implements academic curriculum for both public and private colleges and universities. she has developed a tertiary curriculum with the Curriculum Development Centre (CDC) as a Nutrition specialist. Margaret has conducted research work which was published in a peer-reviewed journal and disseminated the findings at conferences. She has immense experience in organizing and coordinating professional activities.
