Bester M. Banda Sikazwe

Biography

Bester M. Banda Sikazwe is a Management Secretary at the Copperbelt University. She endeavors to work in the areas of secretarial and administrative work diligently. Her work also entails that she interprets routine policies, rules and regulations.

With the dynamic world and its challenges, she’s able to handle different clients and provide them with the services they need. Currently, at the CBU-ORTARChI Chair of Environment and Development, she serves as an Office manager where she performs several secretarial duties as required by the Chair as well as manages other activities around the officer with minimum supervision.
