Basic Science Department

The Department of Basic Sciences is one of the departments in the school of medicine. The Basic Sciences Department provides instruction in human science courses, such as Anatomy, Physiology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Medical Microbiology to Bachelors of medicine and surgery and Bachelors of dental medicine students

Mission

To provide teaching expertise and curricular leadership roles for the school of medicine curriculum and to train the next generation of researchers through post-doctoral training and future graduate school programs.
