SNR ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Admission requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

School Leavers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To qualify for admission to the    undergraduate degree programmes offered in all the Departments under the School of Natural Resources, a candidate must obtain credits or better in at least five subjects in the Zambian School Certificate or its equivalent as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule A: Compulsory Subjects<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. English<\/li>
  2. Mathematics<\/li>
  3. Biology or Agricultural Science<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Schedule B:<\/em><\/strong> Any one (1) or two (2) from the following:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Physics, Chemistry, Science, Physical Science and Geography<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Schedule C: <\/em><\/strong>Any one other subject but those with Geometrical and Mechanical\/Technical Drawing and Woodwork will have added advantage for BSc Wood Science and Technology.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Special Cases: Diploma holders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Possess a diploma related to the field of study being applied for.<\/li>
    2. Should have a credit or better in at least five subjects in the Zambian School Certificate.<\/li>
    3. The subjects required for School Certificate are the same as those in the case of school leavers.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      NB<\/strong>. Ordinary Level Certificate School leavers are admitted at first year while Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of study.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
