Her area of focus is on human nutrition, in particular, sustainable community nutrition, hygiene and safety as well as primary education and literacy for development.&nbsp; She has ample experience in lecturing at university level.<\/em> <em>With a bias in social studies, she plans, develops and implements programmes for specific community development.She has been involved in curriculum development for study programmes.
