The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to provide effective administrative and academic support services to staff and students.
The Registrar is responsible for the general administration of the Copperbelt University and its assets. The Office of the Registrar serves as the institutional guardian for official information and records in supporting the faculty, staff and students of the Copperbelt University.
The office further provides a service to meet the needs of the university community which includes university students, university staff and the as well as external agencies. The office is responsible for the implementation of university policies and procedures in adherence to the Higher Education act of 2013; also responsible for maintaining institutional integrity through the proper maintenance of student academic records and certifying students for graduation.
