To mitigate such a challenge, the Directorate of ICT provides an Online Payment solution which can be integrated with any e-Commerce platform thereby remitting transactions in real-time. In addition, the system also enables the clients to reconcile the transactions either on a daily basis or as when they deem fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Directorate of ICT is also responsible for integrating banking systems with major accounting systems. Therefore, if you are an institution interested in the integrations, the Directorate of ICT shall be at your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cbu.ac.zm\/dict\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2018\/03\/online.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1180\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ease the payment of various employee allowances and supplier payments, the Directorate of ICT developed an Electronic Funds Transfer application which integrates with the various Payroll Systems, Human Resource Management Systems, Procurement and Stores Requisition Systems. Therefore, if you are an institution which is tired of preparing payments manually, the system is an ideal solution for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benefits of EFT Payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ease of generating the payment schedule for allowances and payments of goods and services<\/li><li>Quick mode for facilitating payments to employees and suppliers of goods and services<\/li><li>Ease of tracking payments<\/li><li>Enables the University to conform to the Bank of Zambia\u2019s banking regulations which instructs payments above 25,000 to be done electronically<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cbu.ac.zm\/dict\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2018\/03\/efe.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1179\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>USSD Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Directorate of ICT has the needed experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) applications.
