About the unit:
The Student Support Unit in the DDEOL was established to facilitate a two way communication between students and management of the Directorate. The functions of the unit include:
- Ensuring good communication with students
- Assist students with all technical problems
- Assist students with the registration process
- Offer guidance to students with regards to fees and payment
- Establish communications channels appropriate to students
- Ensure effective delivery of students learning materials in the Learning Management Systsem
