CALL FOR APPLICATIONS TO THE 2019/2020 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Copperbelt University invites applications for the Academic Year 2019/2020 starting in February 2020 to be undertaken at the Kapasa Makasa University Campus in Chinsali in the following degree programmes:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Animal Science
  2. Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Aquaculture
  3. Bachelor of Science in Agro Forestry

Admission Criteria

To qualify for admission to the above mentioned degrees, a candidate must obtain credits in at least five subjects in the Zambian School Certificate or its equivalent as follows:

Schedule A: Compulsory Subjects

English

Mathematics

Biology or Agricultural Science

Schedule B: Any one (1) or two (2) from the following:

Physics, Chemistry, Science, Physical Science and Geography

Schedule C: Any one other subject

School leavers that completed between 2016 and 2018 are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology- with Education

Admission Criteria

Applicants should have obtained five (5) O Level Credits or better, including Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Science (Physics and Chemistry) and any other subject.

School leavers that completed between 2016 and 2018 are encouraged to apply.

Method of Application

Candidates are requested to apply on-line by logging on to the Copperbelt University Website at www.cbu.edu.zm and clicking the online application link. Applicants are further advised to complete and submit the form online and thereafter print the ZANACO student Bill Muster form. This is what will be used to make a payment of K200.00 at any Zambia National Commercial Bank Branch (ZANACO).               

              The closing date for online application forms is 21st February, 2020.
