Africa University Day
Event Description
The Copperbelt University joins the rest of Africa to commemorate the Africa University Day that falls on 12th November, of every year. The theme for this year is: AAU at 50: Achievements, Challenges and Prospects for Sustainable Development in Africa.
In line with the call by the Association of African Universities, to which CBU is a member, the Institution has lined up a week long plan of activities, between Saturday, 25th November and Thursday, 30th November, 2017, meant to create a platform for awareness, dialogue and celebration of success stories of higher education in Africa. The activities include:
